OPEN POSITION / THANE

Electrical Draftsman

Mid-level2–5 years

Translate engineering intent into accurate, coordinated and site-ready electrical drawings across commercial, industrial and premium residential projects.

What you will do

  • Prepare electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, DB schedules, cable schedules and load details.
  • Develop lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection, ELV and containment drawings.
  • Coordinate electrical services with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, architecture and structure.
  • Revise drawings from design comments, site conditions and as-built information.
  • Maintain drawing registers, revisions, layers, blocks and office CAD standards.

What we are looking for

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent drafting qualification.
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit MEP is an advantage.
  • Experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities and bungalows / villas.
  • Understanding of electrical symbols, drawing standards, basic load calculations and applicable IS / NBC practices.
  • Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings and coordinate details independently.

OPEN POSITION / THANE

MEP Engineer

Mid-level2–4 years

Coordinate building services from design development through site execution, keeping disciplines aligned, buildable and accountable.

What you will do

  • Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and ELV services across project stages.
  • Review design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, BOQs and technical documentation.
  • Support quantity take-offs, technical comparisons and multidisciplinary clash resolution.
  • Attend site and coordination meetings, track RFIs and close technical observations.
  • Monitor installation quality, testing, commissioning and as-built handover documentation.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of MEP design coordination and/or site execution experience.
  • Working understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit MEP / Navisworks exposure is preferred.
  • Clear communication, disciplined documentation and willingness to take project ownership.
